Reimagining An Icon
Construction is underway to breathe new life into Paddington’s landmark West Olympia Theatre as it transforms into Sydney’s first ‘25hours Hotel.’

Revitalised by Property developer Central Element in joint venture partnership with strategic investors Boston Global (CE Boston Hotels Pty Limited) , the hotel will encompass 107 guestrooms, a spectacular rooftop bar, central courtyard, restaurants, cafe, state of the art fitness centre and extensive conference and live music facilities.

25hours Hotel sits within the Accor brand portfolio – world-leaders in hospitality. It is the second 25hours Hotel to be announced in Australia, after plans for 25hours Melbourne were revealed earlier this year.

Scheduled for completion in 2023.
